In the fall of 2022, I designed and developed an eLearning to provide Etsy employees an engaging virtual learning experience focused on the annual review process and best practices for how managers can have productive performance review conversations with their direct reports.

The visual aspect of the eLearnings were designed with Etsy-branded illustrations, custom shapes, and custom animated gifs.
