During the spring of 2021, I designed and developed this workshop to provide Etsy employees an engaging virtual learning experience focused on all the aspects of the Annual Review process, expectations of managers and employees, and the timeline of milestones.

The visual aspect of the presentation was designed with Etsy-branded organic shapes, edges, and illustrations. Each slide contains detailed facilitator notes to make the training ready to use by any facilitator.
