In the fall of 2022, I designed and developed 2 eLearnings to provide Etsy employees an engaging self-paced learning experience about disability and accessibility inclusion.

One eLearning was focused on the key disability and accessibility concepts and using the correct language with employees. The second eLearning was focused on how managing people with disabilities and/or neurodivergencies starts with recognizing and understanding the value that they bring to the workplace.

The visual aspect of the eLearnings were designed with Etsy-branded illustrations, custom shapes, and custom animated gifs.
